Battery Care & Charging Guidelines

Maximize Battery Life & Safety for Lithium and Lead-Acid Batteries

🔋 For Lithium Batteries

Optimal Charging Conditions

  • Temperature: Charge in a cool, dry environment (Best: 25°C)
Avoid charging below 0°C or above 45°C
  • Ventilation: Charge in a well-ventilated area
Avoid direct sunlight or sealed spaces

🔌 Use the Right Charger

  • Use the original or a certified charger that matches your battery specs
  • Do not mix or use chargers from different brands/models

🔋 First-Time Charging

  • Charge for 12 hours before first use
  • Daily use: Charge for 6–8 hours
  • Deep calibration: 12-hour full charge every 2 months

Charging Tips

  • Begin charging when battery is at 30–50%
Avoid letting charge drop below 20%
  • Disconnect when fully charged
Do not leave it plugged in for extended periods

🧰 Maintenance & Safety

  • Charge monthly if not used regularly
  • Inspect for swelling, leaks, or damage
  • Keep away from flammable materials and allow for heat dissipation

💡 Usage Tips

  • Charge after daily use for best performance
  • Let battery cool down after use before charging

🔋 For Lead-Acid Batteries

⏱️ Charging Frequency

  • Start charging at 30% remaining charge
Avoid full discharge to prevent sulfation
  • Charging Time:
    • Summer: 6–8 hours
    • Winter: 8–10 hours

🔋 New Battery Activation

  • Before first use, either:
    Discharge gently for 1 hour
    Or charge for 3 hours
  • Helps balance internal cell voltage and prevents memory effect
