What's the cost of delivery?

All our deliveries are free of charge within the borders of South Africa. For neighboring countries there might be a delivery fee. Contact us for more detail.

At Move-Ability, customer care is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you're just browsing, have questions, or ready to make a purchase, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

How long will delivery take?

Orders confirmed will be dispatched on the next working day. Once an order is dispatched the delivery timeframe depends on your location.

Main cities of SA will be 1 - 3 working days.

Non-main cities: 2 - 5 working days.

Rural/ outlying regions: 3 - 7 working days.

Tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can see the updates and estimated delivery times.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! If you're not happy with your goods then please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we can arrange to return the order to us for a full refund.

What secure payment options do you offer?

We accept direct EFT payments and the orders will be dispatched once the funds clear into our bank account.
